BBQ Specialty Banquet

The Specialty Dinner will be held on Saturday, August 23 at 6:00 pm at the Dorchester Fairgrounds.   Our Specialty judges will present a summary of Specialty judging at the dinner.    Please plan to attend, it will be a casual evening to socialize with friends, make new friends and relax.  Looking forward to seeing you!

FCRSC SPECIALTY BBQ DINNER – Saturday, August 23 at 6:00 pm – show site

Join us for our Southern BBQ Banquet right at the show site.

Cost $43.00 per person $21.00 per child (11 and under)

Our Southern BBQ will include:

Succulent Meats/Mains:  Select from expertly smoked brisket, tender pulled pork, juicy pulled chicken, or pulled jackfruit (vegetarian option) —all seasoned with a proprietary blend of spices and smoked over select hardwoods for that perfect crust and irresistible flavour.

Homestyle Sides:  No feast is complete without the comforting taste of homestyle sides. Creamy potato salad, tangy coleslaw, tossed spring mix and chickpea, tomato and cucumber salad each meticulously prepared to be the perfect complement to our BBQ spread.

All the Extras:  Soft kaiser buns for sandwich building, and signature BBQ sauces for that extra zing!

Plus:  A delicious cupcake for dessert, pop, water, iced tea beverages.

Dinner Reservations accepted up to July 31, 2025.

This is a two-step process to complete your reservation – 1) make your choices by submitting the Google Form and 2)  submit your payment by adding your #of dinners to the cart on the Specialty Website.

Step 1:  Complete your reservation on Google forms:   DINNER RESERVATION FORM (click here to complete) 

Step 2:  Then submit your #of dinners ordered by adding the dinner(s) to your cart and paying by etransfer (fcrsc.specialty.2025@gmail.com) or credit card using Square through the cart checkout page.
